Dear You,

Sorry for the lapse in notes but I've been busy with my Christmas pony!
Thanks so much for supporting BULLETTE and The Sky Drops. It means a lot to me to receive email from all over the world and know that you are enjoying the songs. Happy Holidays and all the success you can muster in 2006!

Happy First Day of Winter - though it has felt it long before.
Days are passing quickly. Gift wrap is being reused in novel ways. I spent some time with my paint brushes and most of the water cooperated. Be well. - Monika

Thank you to those who braved the rain to get to last night's The Sky Drops show! We'll be in the studio starting January to record the debut.

Goodbye Howard - years of commuting and listening to FM have taught me that small doses of Howard Stern can be refreshing. I always liked the interviews.

Happy Holidays, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Etc.,
Here is my offering to you: "Christmas Blank" was finished on St. Nicholas Day at Hangnail Phillips' Control Room. He played bass and sax - I did all else.

For those who weren't in the know last year - "The Finest Gifts" is available again.

AND! "Rainbow Covers the Holidays" - my first production gig. A benefit cd for the DE SPCA which brought together local Delaware bands. Enjoy.

ps- if you are in the DE area on Thursday the 15th at 9pmish, please attend the first DE performance of THE SKY DROPS. We are ready to wow you on a Full Moon.

On St. Nicholas Day: Germans Told to Cheer Up. 'Why Should We?' Some Say. Because otherwise Krampus will get you!

...and because you get to see Blixa Bargeld in commercials like this: 1, 2, 3, and 4. Lucky lucky to see my boyfriend on the tv. Es gibt immer was zu tun.

I am sad to state that an old friend has died. Geoff Doring, from Latimer and other artistic efforts, was a wonderful guy. I drove cross country to Seattle with him, his brother, and another friend, and he was a stand up man and will be missed. R.I.P. Geoff.

CONGRATULATIONS Marilyn Manson & Dita von Teese! My boyfriend got married over the weekend and the cast and clothing were star studded.

"The rocker wore a John Galliano black silk taffeta tuxedo with velvet trim and a Stephen Jones hat, while Von Teese donned a royal purple silk taffeta Vivienne Westwood gown complete with train and petticoats worn over a Mr. Pearl couture corset. Her outfit was accessorized with a tri-corn hat by Stephen Jones and shoes by Christian Louboutin.

Art film director Alejandro Jodorowsky, a longtime friend of the groom, married the couple in the non-denominational ceremony. German singer and bandleader Max Raabe provided the music. The ceremony took place in Kilsheelan, County Tipperary, Ireland, at Castle Gurteen, the home of the couple's friend, artist Gottfried Helnwein."

The charity site below reached their hit level.
But here is a site where you can go each day and click, ignore the advertising, clcik the back button to click on a different cause, and still give a bit to very important causes like literacy, hunger, breast cancer, animal rescue, and health.

World AIDS Day - please take a moment and go to www.lighttounite.org/ and light a candle. For for every candle that is lit, Bristol-Myers Squibb will donate a dollar to HIV/AIDS research. They will donate up to $100,000 and are nowhere close yet.

My friend Jason is in Zambia and wrote me a letter full of the delicacies he's eaten and scenes he's seen. "Lots of people here have and/or are dying from AIDS - I've seen plenty of AIDS orphans sniffing diesel, and drinking things just as bad in the morningtime."

ABC? A for abstinence, B for being faithful and C for condoms. Dreamy idea but "In an age where 5 million people are newly infected each year and women and girls too often do not have the choice to abstain, an abstinence-until-marriage program is not only irresponsible, it's really inhumane," U.S. Congresswoman Barbara Lee.

How about ECC? Education, Condoms, Condoms
